KALE CHIPS
If you’re on the lookout for a guilt-free snack that's both nutritious and delicious, try kale chips. These crispy delights are not only a breeze to make but also offer a flavorful and satisfying alternative to traditional potato chips.
1) Preheat Your Oven to 350°F
2) Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Make sure they are completely dry to achieve that crunch.
3) You can place them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil to lightly coat each piece or you can lay them out and use an olive oil spray.
4) Sprinkle salt or get creative with whatever spices you’d like to try.
5) Lay the pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6) Place the tray in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Check on them to prevent them from burning. The chips are ready when they turn crispy and the edges and lightly browned. They will continue to crisp up as they cool so make sure they don’t get too brown.
